the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable as I arrived was greeted with a freshly squeezed juice, after I checked in I realized that I had forgotten my phone in the Taxi I was completely beside myself as we are so dependent of our phones these days, but Zguiden the front office agent, told me not to worry it would be returned but i didn’t see that happening at all, well they looked at camera footage got the taxis # sent the security at the airport to track down taxi driver and got my phone back I have never experienced a hotel staff go out of there way like this I cannot thank them enough so definitely recommend to stay at RoyalAsbu thanks again Zguiden and to all the staff

Relaxed atmosphere hotel. Nice lobby with plenty of cosy. Close to the airport. Nice evening buffet dinner. Receptionist ordered me an 'uber' taxi. This is best as you know the cost in advance (10 dinar). You can pay at all hotels with credit card but for most other travel costs you will need cash money preferably dinars. You find cash offices at all airports. Driving a rental car in Tunisia can be an adventure. Eye contact is important at all times before proceeding. There is one motorway toll gate between Tunis and Hammamet (1,5 dinar). Tunisia has a more relaxed atmosphere in comparison with other North African countries.

I also had a discussion with the Commercial Responsible (a nice lady). She was very helpful and kind. These people are great!

The location is close to the airport and to the company where i had work to do, but there are not so many things to visit/go to around. The internet connection was good. Breakfast and dinner was also good, even for me( i do not eat spicy food).
